laura bayford managing director laura has extensive senior contacts across the private sector and government. she has worked in marketing, change management and operational roles including marketing and insight director for the identity and passport service and developing stakeholder strategy and management tools at the home office. laura has 20 years' business and marketing experience, including heading marketing communications for royal mail, working on major sponsorships and partnerships, including that of the british olympic and paralympics teams. she is a business leader at the marketing society. |
brendan owen operations manager brendan's career has seen him manage the operations for events as diverse as the henley royal regatta and lord mayor's show to a private dinner for nelson mandela. with over 20 years' experience gained from working in some of the capital's most exclusive restaurants, bars and private members clubs, as well as the 5-star dorchester hotel, brendan's operational knowledge ensures smooth running events. most recently brendan was event and catering operations manager at mansion house, the residence of the lord mayor of the city of london. |

jess leyton event manager as an event manager, jess brings with her years of experience freelancing in the events industry for many of the capital's top experiential, media and production agencies. she has successfully managed several uk roadshows for leading software giants, produced shows for london fashion week and more recently moved into live music events working on the uk's top music festivals. |
paolo bastiani sales & events manager paolo joins industri from the natural history museum where he amassed 12 years' worth of knowledge in event management, branding and advertising as event manager. he worked on some of the biggest events at the museum including the cartier new flagship shop party and launch of the honda f1 car. he looked after operations and project management for london fashion week and also looked after commercial events for london 2012. for 5 years he worked in conference and banqueting management at the prestigious 5-star grosvenor house hotel, london, looking after heads of state and the royal family. in his spare time he enjoys jumping out of a plane at 15,000ft as a qualified skydiver. |

david johnson head of special projects dj came to industri in 2011 as head of special projects. his first project was to manage our christmas packages. dj was formerly head of sales at fisher productions and prior to that, director of sales and marketing for home house where he forged some wonderful relationships. |
